Terms and conditions

I don't draw:

  • Abusive, immoral, discriminative themes

  • Detailed NSFW

  • Anything I'm uncomfortable with

Discounts:

  • Writers: 50% off for any-type illustration, if the writer is able to provide at least 1 chapter of their work (1K min word count)

  • DnD players: 25% off, if game character sheet with lore and stats is provided.

  • Ukrainians: you can pay any amount you see fit, i will double it and everything will go to charity of your choosing. Якщо ви з Вінниці, можемо сходити на каву, я навіть роздрукую принт та віддам особисто.

Time and payment:

  • Payment is via PayPal. Full payment upfront (new clients can pay 50% first) after sketch approval. Negotiable.

  • Refund is possible, if I'm unable to deliver the final product due to unexpected circumstances.

  • Terms of completion; from 1 week to 1 month, depending on amount of work and urgency. Can take less.

  • First input - first output. If commission is urgent, you can move in queue for the additional fee.

  • When payment is agreed on, I'm obligated not to change it. Although, I can raise a price in the future accordingly as my client base grows without impact on clients I currently work with.

Client's rights and responsibilities:

  • Client has rights on Trello dashboard access to monitor the progress and time stamps of their commission.

  • Client can put a reservation on the slot in case they are still thinking of commission concept or don't have means to pay yet. If terms of reservation is not specified, I have rights to move on to the next potential commission in my queue after 1 week of waiting. Reservation stays, but customer who took too long without a heads-up will go lower in queue.

  • Client has to specify the purpose of the art in case it will be printed, so I could start with proper canvas settings for better quality.

  • Art CAN be used for print, but NOT for commercial purposes (Print for a friend's present? Yes. For sale? A big NO).

  • Do not claim the art as yours, do not remove my signature.

  • You are allowed to ask for a change 1 time only on any step of completion. Use it wisely.

  • You are allowed to ask for proof of art being made by me and not the AI.

  • You are allowed to post the product yourself on your social media with credits to me as the artist, but I reserve the rights to use the final artwork as part of the portfolio. If you are uncomfortable to be known for commissioning something peculiar, I will conceal your identity. Please, let me know.
